The Golf Store wants to ensure your sure fire satisfaction. Therefore, you may return any item, other than Customor Special Order Items, within 30 days of delivery. You may avail a full refund of the purchase price IF the itemis determined to be fit for resale. Original packaging must be returned with the product for a refund. If it is determined that it cannot be resold as new, refunds may be less than your purchase price or denied in its entirety.

To begin the process, please contact us at The Golf Store with the information provided on your email sent by ustitled “Order Shipped”. We will then guide you through the next steps to return the product.

If you are returning only one product of an order that included multiple products then please identify the specific product being returned. We will send you a Return Authorization Request Number confirmation to your email address. Please make sure that it is included in the Return Shipment or the Return Shipment won’t be processed. Include your name, address, telephone number, email address and a copy of your invoice along with the Return Authorization Request Number in the package that is returned. Please ship it directly to the appropriate Shipper.
